How long does an order take to ship?
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days, and you'll get a tracking email once it's on its way.
Can I return a product?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email orders@anakasoma.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund that item. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they ship. Email orders@anakasoma.com as soon as possible.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are plant-based and made without synthetic perfumes, dyes, or petroleum. Skin reacts differently to different ingredients, so please review the full ingredient list on the packaging and patch test before use.
